Punjab Police Officers Suspended: Bhagwant Maan Sarkar of Punjab has taken major action against corruption. Strict action has been taken on the officials to improve the functioning in the jail. The government has suspended 25 officers of different jails against corruption.
These include 3 deputy superstants and 25 jail staff including 2 Assistant Superties. It is being told that this decision of Maan Sarkar is to eliminate corruption and drugs network, because the government had received information about corruption and intoxication network inside the jail.
Initiative to make Punjab intoxicated
Bhagwant Maan Sarkar of Aam Aadmi Party has decided that the youth of Punjab have to be rescued from the clutches of drugs. Many big steps are being taken by the government regarding this. In this sequence, the government will not tolerate those who become obstructing the abolition of drugs.
Meanwhile, people in Punjab are also being made aware against drug addiction. Also, rehab centers have also been set up to help them. Along with this, steps have been taken to eliminate the network of corruption and drugs happening in jail.
Big fight against drugs
The Punjab government is taking many big steps to fight drugs and drugs. Maan Sarkar on Thursday (June 26) signed a MoU with Ananya Birla Foundation to create data intelligence and technical assistance units. Regarding this, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that this initiative is part of the Punjab government’s ongoing fight against drugs.
Data Intelligence and Technical Assistance Unit will help in dealing with the risk of drugs in Punjab. CM Bhagwant Mann had said that this MoU is part of the efforts of the Punjab government for prevention and rehabilitation of drugs.
