In Uttar Pradesh, the process of rainy heat continues. On Wednesday, rain showers were seen in many districts of western UP including Noida-Ghaziabad, which has made the weather pleasant and people in these districts have got relief from the heat. Today (July 10), there has been a forecast of rain in many districts of western UP, while there will be rain in some places in eastern UP. The rainy season will continue in the state till July 15.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of thunderstorms with thunderstorms in many places in 14 districts including Saharanpur, Jhansi, Chitrakoot in the western division today. During this time, there has also been a warning of lightning with clouds. At some places, very heavy rain has been alerted, while in some places in eastern Uttar Pradesh, there is a possibility of rain with cloud and thunderstorms.
Warning of lightning and heavy rain in 14 districts
In UP today, there is a forecast of heavy rains at many places in Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Jhansi, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Banda, Chitrakoot, Prayagraj, Mirjapur, Chandauli and Sonbhadra, while there will be heavy rains at almost all places in Lalitpur. A warning of lightning has also been issued in these districts along with cloud. Shamli, Meerut, Moradabad, Amroha, Sambhal, Kasganj, Etah, Mainpuri, Etawah, and Auraiya have also been expected to have strong rains with thunderstorms.
Noida, Ghaziabad, Baghpat, Hapur, Aligarh, Hathras, Mathura, Agra, Firozabad, Rampur, Badaun, Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Kanpur, Fatehpur, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Sant Ravidas Nagar and Kaushambi will rain at some places today. A warning of Meghgarjan has been issued here, while Bareilly, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, Unnao, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Pratapgarh, Sultanpur, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia and Ghazipur may receive rain at one or two places. Today, the weather is expected to remain dry in the rest of the districts.
Western UP continued to rain throughout the day on Wednesday. Many areas also received rain at night, due to which the weather has become pleasant. People got relief from the heat and the temperature has also dropped. However, in the next 5 days, there will be no significant change in the maximum and minimum temperature of the state. Due to rain, there may be problems like waterlogging and traffic jams in some places.
