Bhopal Metro: Bhopal will get state -of -the -art metro, 90km per hour, cost of 7000 crores

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has given detailed information about the Bhopal Metro train project at RKMP station. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Bhopal Metro is a symbol of the progress of Madhya Pradesh. This project is being developed at a total cost of Rs 6941.40 crore.

A priority corridor is being built from Subhash Nagar station to AIIMS station at an estimated cost of 2225 crores. Its work is in the final stage. The government’s goal is to start operating the metro train in this prior corridor by October 2025. Our roadmap is ready to fully start before 2030, both corridors (Orange and Blue Lines) of Bhopal Metro.
Design of Bhopal Metro
The speed of the metro running in Bhopal will be 90 km per hour. Its operational speed will be 40-60 km hour. It will take only 2 minutes between each metro station. The metro will have all kinds of modern facilities for passengers to give escalators, lift, braille sainase, pure drinking water, clean toilets and quick information.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government is preparing a fully inclusive infrastructure for the disabled in the metro train.
All metro stations will have facilities for smooth traffic for the disabled.

Metro will control pollution
A total of 27 state -of -the -art metro trains will be set for Bhopal Metro Train Project. Of these, 7 train sets have reached Bhopal. Metro will not only be possible to have a convenient journey, but will also have an effective role in environmental protection and pollution control.

Indore metro work will also be completed
Preparations are being made to start the entire section of Indore Metro by the end of this year. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also informed the media about the progress of the remaining works of Indore Metro train. He said that the services of the metro train have started in Indore. The government aims that the entire section of Indore Metro, which starts from the Super Corridor to Malviya Nagar intersection (Radisson intersection) by the end of this year. With this, Indore citizens will get full metro train facility.

CM Mohan Yadav said that our government is committed to the fact that world -class metro train service starts on time in Indore and Bhopal, so that the common man can get a simple, easy, easy, smooth, better and safe medium of public transport.
