What is the whole truth?
Actually, this video that went viral shows only half of what happened on the field. In the earlier footage, it can be clearly seen that Ben Stokes had already joined hands with Jadeja and Sundar when beautiful was standing on the pitch. He does not join hands again in the second part of the video, because he had already played that formality. Therefore, there is no question of not joining hands again.
Stokes also praised Indian batsmen
If Ben Stokes had any resentment or disagreement in his mind, he would talk about him in a press conference, but instead he praised the Indian batsmen in front of everyone. Stokes said, “The kind of batting that Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar did are worthy of praise. They have batted brilliantly.”
Jadeja-Sunder’s historical performance in the match
India’s condition in the Manchester Test was very critical at one time, but Jadeja (107 not out, 185 balls) and Sundar (101 not out, 206 balls) together turned the hopes of England’s victory. There was a historic partnership of 203 runs between the two, making India successful in drawing the match.
