Kriti Sanon is on the highs of success. The National Award Winner Actress has now added another luxurious property by purchasing a duplex penthouse in Pali Hill area of Bandra West of Mumbai. The actress has allegedly bought this luxurious house at a price of more than Rs 78.20 crore in the Supreme Pran Residential Tower.
How much did Kriti Sanon buy her new house?
According to The Economic Times, the new house of Kriti Sanon is spread over the 14th and 15th floors and spread over 6,636 square feet. It also has an additional open terrace of 1,209 square feet on the top floor. This deal of about Rs 1.18 lakh square foot includes exclusive access to six car parking slots. The owner of this property is Kriti and his mother.
Under this deal, the actress has paid more than Rs 84.16 crore for the penthouse with a total of Rs 3.91 crore stamp duty and GST and other charges. Under this deal, he has got exclusive rights of the roof with a great view of Arabian C.
Kriti Sanon has already invited in real estate
This is not the first time Kriti Sanon has invested in real estate. In 2023, the actress bought a 2,000 square foot plot at Alibag, a famous second-home Destination near Mumbai. This area has been attracting many famous celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, who bought a plot there earlier this year. According to media reports, Kriti bought a 4-BHK apartment in Bandra West in 2024, priced at Rs 35 crore.

Meanwhile, talking about the workfront, she will be seen next time with Dhanush in Anand L. Rai’s film “Tere Ishq Mein”. The film will be released on the big screen on November 28, 2025. Homi Adajania’s film “Cocktail 2” has also confirmed her lead role, including Rashmika Mandana and her co-star Shahid Kapoor of “Teri Baatha Mein Aisa Ki Aisa Ki Aisa Ki Aisa Jiya”.
