Bollywood veteran superstar Rajesh Khanna married Dimple Kapadia. However, in the year 1982, the couple became separated and started living in different houses. After this, actress Anita Advani was with Rajesh Khanna till the last days. Now years after the death of the superstar, the actress has revealed that Rajesh Khanna had secretly married her.
In a recent interview to my friend, Anita Advani said- ‘We got married secretly, but no one in the film industry talks openly on these things. Everyone says that we are friends or we are in a relationship or something else.

‘One night we got married …’
Anita said about her marriage to Rajesh Khanna- ‘There was already news in the media that I am with her, so none of us felt the need to publicly announced a public wedding. We never felt the need for it. There was a small temple in our house. I had built a mangalsutra, gold and black beads. They put me on that. Then he applied vermilion and said that from today you are my responsibility. Just one night we got married.
Anita Advani further said- ‘I came in her life before Dimple Kapadia. But we were not married at that time because I was very young. Finally, I returned to Jaipur.

Why did Anita not go to Rajesh Khanna’s funeral?
Anita further spoke about the funeral of Rajesh Khanna in which the actor’s family did not allow her to attend. He said- ‘To stop me from coming in, he had deployed bouncers there, I came to know about this from my friends. When I told them that I was going to leave, they warned me that I would not be allowed inside. Still, he said that if anything happens, we are with you. But I was stunned and asked why all this is happening?

The actress says- ‘Some of my staff and close friends encouraged me to go, even suggested that I take a camera and record their activities. But I thought, how can I do this on such a holy day? So I did not go. I kept my fourth for him alone in a temple. Even after everything happened, going there would be against my glory and to be honest, to treat me like this, call me bouncer, was against his pride.
‘They were blocking seats so that I would not get a place to sit’
Anita finally says- ‘A friend of mine, who had gone there, told me that they were blocking the seats so that I could not get the place to sit, she also told one of our family lawyers that if I went there, I would handle me. What did this mean? I was surprised. I never go to spectacle on the fourth of Kakaji. I can’t even think of this. That is why I did not go. And what happened there? Everything was just pretending. There were no true feelings for them in anyone’s mind.
