Patna High Court has received a new Chief Justice. Patna High Court’s new Justice Pawan Kumar Bhimappa Bajantari was sworn in by Governor Arif Mohammad Khan at Raj Bhavan on Sunday. President Draupadi Murmu approved the appointment of Justice Bajantari on Saturday. CM Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Emperor Chaudhary, several prominent personalities of the political and political world were present on the occasion.

Bihar’s judicial system will benefit

Pawan Kumar Bhimappa Bajantari has become the 46th Chief Justice of Patna High Court. Justice Bajantari is being seen as a new energy and new direction communication in the Patna High Court and Bihar’s judiciary. In many high courts of the country, the benefit of their long legal experiences will now be given to the judicial system of Bihar.

In fact, former Chief Justice of Patna High Court Justice Vipul M. Pancholi has been appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court. The tenure of Justice Pancholi will be long and will also act as the Chief Justice of India (CJI) from October 2031 to May 2033.

Pawan Kumar Bhimappa Bajantari first enrolled as a lawyer in the Bar Council of Karnataka High Court in 1990. During this period, he practiced in various legal branches and appeared in the High Court on behalf of Karnataka Public Service Commission.

He was then appointed as Additional Judge of Karnataka High Court on 2 January 2015. On 16 March 2015, he was transferred to the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Nearly three and a half years later, on November 17, 2018, he returned to his original Karnataka High Court.

Please tell that the new judge of Patna High Court Pawan Kumar Bhimappa Bajanti was born on 23 October 1963. He received his early education at the Vidyavadhak Sangh in Dharwad, a 135 -year -old Kannada cultural organization. He completed his further education in schools affiliated to the Karnataka Lingayat Education Committee. After graduation, he obtained a law degree from SJR Law College, Bangalore.
