Union Minister Ramdas Athawale targeted Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Sunday (21 September). He said that he has proved to be completely failed as Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha. Ramdas Athawale also strongly criticized Rahul Gandhi’s recent press conference. He said that Rahul Gandhi’s statements are factless and meaningless, which is only an attempt to mislead people.
Referring to Rahul Gandhi’s press conference, Ramdas Athawale said, “Rahul Gandhi has no concrete evidence and is misleading people by spreading lies only. Advising Rahul Gandhi, Athawale said that if he really has evidence, he should go directly to court or file a complaint with the Election Commission (ECI).”
‘No evidence’
He said that the Election Commission has demanded evidence before, but evidence was not given. Athawale further said that Rahul Gandhi sometimes says that votes were added, sometimes removed. ECI has clarified that names cannot be removed online from the voter list.
‘He does not like PM Modi’s progress’
On the allegations of the Congress party and Rahul Gandhi, Athawale satirized that the real ‘theft’ is happening in the Congress organization, where their workers are joining the BJP. He said that Rahul Gandhi does not like the progress of PM Narendra Modi. They are trying to weaken the country by making false statements like ‘Dead Economy’.
‘They have failed’
The Union Minister claimed that Rahul has proved to be a failure as the Leader of the Opposition. His statements are fruitless and factless. He said that PM Narendra Modi’s popularity is not only in the country but also abroad. Under his leadership, India is growing rapidly and the fourth is the largest economy.
‘Rahul Gandhi making baseless allegations’
Athawale said, “PM Modi has resolved to make India self -reliant and is promoting Swadeshi. We all have to fulfill the dream of developed India 2047. PM Modi is doing so much work, but Rahul Gandhi only lies by making baseless allegations.”
