Senior lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani, while arguing in the court, said – This will has been written very carelessly. In this, no correct details of Sanjay’s properties, jewelery and digital assets, crypto etc. have been given. Shraddha Suri Marwah, who is said to be the executor of the will, was also never informed that she was given this responsibility.

Let us tell you that Sanjay Kapoor left this world on 12th June. Sanjay Kapoor died while playing polo abroad. After Sanjay’s death, his mother claimed that Sanjay’s wife Priya Sachdev had illegally taken over the entire property and had completely separated her from her son’s business.
