The next day i.e. on 16th October, a woman Durgesh Nandini reached his house in Mawana and created a huge ruckus. Its video also went viral on social media.
Woman made serious allegations against SP leader
After this, Durgesh posted a 26-minute video on his Facebook account, in which he seriously accused Deepak Giri of physically and mentally abusing him for four years. Besides, an alleged affidavit of a settlement also went viral on social media, in which Deepak Giri and the woman mentioned about their relationship and talked about marriage.
This video of Durgesh Nandini quickly went viral on social media. After this, when the matter escalated, the party immediately took cognizance and removed Deepak Giri from the post of SP Yuvjan Sabha District President. This order was issued by State President Arvind Giri. Although the formal reason for the removal was not made public by the party, it is believed that this step was taken after the allegations made by the woman and the controversial video went viral.
Deepak Giri vehemently denied the allegations
After the incident, Deepak Giri has given his reaction on this entire matter on social media. He said that this is all a conspiracy hatched by his opponents and also made many allegations against Durgesh Nandini. At present, Congress leader Poonam Pandit has also maintained silence in this matter. It is believed that due to this controversy, the engagement of Poonam Pandit and Deepak Giri may be in danger.
