How can it be treated?
According to Dr. Vasili, for this, first of all, advanced testing is necessary so that the real danger can be identified. A simple cholesterol report does not show the whole picture. He explains that the first test in this is the APOB test, which tells the real lipid particle load. After this comes second high sensitive CRP and LP-PLA2, which show markers of inflammation that increase plaque. Thirdly, it is detected through CCTA scan, which shows where the plaque is forming and what type it is. In this way you can avoid any big problem.
