Meanwhile, actress Suchitra Krishnamurthy has recently shared many things related to the film.

In a conversation with INS, Suchitra was asked why fans still like this film? So Suchitra said, ‘I don’t know whether to call it magic or not, but it was completely Kundan Shah’s magic. His storytelling art and the innocence shown in every character was the biggest strength of the film. Be it Shahrukh Khan’s character, Deepak Tijori’s or Ashutosh’s character, every character seemed true and real. Also, it was related to people’s lives, that is why even today people are able to relate to it.
The director told me to work hard
Apart from this, Suchitra while narrating an anecdote said, ‘I still remember that Kundan Shah had told me that Suchitra, can you work a little more hard? You are here because you look like Anna’s character, but if you work harder, it will be even better. This thing is still a special part of my memories and she remembers those moments fondly.

Let us tell you that Suchitra played the character of ‘Anna’ in the film. The pairing and on-screen chemistry of her and Shahrukh Khan in the film was also very much liked. This film of director Kundan Shah was produced by Vikram Malhotra, in which Shahrukh Khan, Deepak Tijori and Naseeruddin Shah were in lead roles along with Suchitra. After this Shahrukh bought this film and included it under his banner.
