Case registered against Ajay Rai in Kotwali police

A case has been registered under serious sections against Congress State President Ajay Rai, outgoing Congress State Secretary Brajraj Singh Ahirwar and 25 to 30 of their unknown supporters in the city police station for making objectionable remarks and abusing against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A case has been registered on the complaint of advocate Neeraj Rawat, member of BJP District Working Committee.
According to the complaint given to the police by complainant Neeraj Rawat, a program was organized in Samadnagar on 22 May 2026 without any administrative permission. It is clearly stated in the complaint that during this program, Ajay Rai made extremely obscene and indecent remarks against the country’s famous Prime Minister Narendra Modi and also abused him. The video of this indecent act is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

BJP leaders allege that this video has spread caste hatred in the society and huge anger among the general public. The complainant has attached the viral video in the pendrive as evidence and handed it over to the police. Taking this matter seriously, the police have registered a case under sections 126(2), 352, 196(1), 189(2) and 132 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) and have started further legal action.

ASP Vandana Singh said that a video on social media came to her notice, in which the state president of the Indian National Congress, along with his supporters, gathered illegally and created obstruction in the government tax collection. Along with this, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also made indecent and indecent remarks. In the context of the said video, a case has been registered under relevant sections in Mahoba police station. In the said case, legal action is being taken as per rules.
