Indian fast bowler Arshdeep Singh is very active on social media. He is often seen making vlogs, but now the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has strictly banned vlogging. It is being told that in view of the behavior of 7 players, BCCI had issued a new advisory, after which Arshdeep has been stopped from making videos during the IPL. The strings of this case are also connected to Yuzvendra Chahal.

Arshdeep Singh was continuously sharing video clips on his YouTube channel and other social media accounts. Some of his videos came into controversies, like recently Yuzvendra Chahal’s vaping case was much discussed. It was claimed that Chahal was smoking e-cigarette in the flying flight. A claim also surfaced on social media that after the controversy over Chahal, Arshdeep had edited and removed that part from his video. Before that, in Arshdeep’s video, other players were seen making fun of Shashank Singh’s catch.

These incidents were garnering unnecessary spotlight, which BCCI took seriously and asked Arshdeep not to make any vlogs or post any team related posts on social media till the end of the IPL 2026 season. Riyan Parag has come into controversy for vaping in the dressing room and Rajasthan Royals manager Romi Bhinder for using mobile while sitting in the dugout.

At the same time, BCCI has also adopted a strict attitude regarding the entry of unauthorized people in the team hotel and bus. A strict message has also been given to the families of the players that they should not make public any information related to the team hotel, venue, dressing room and travel.

Actually, it is being told that some players were getting their girlfriends entered in the team hotel without any permission, they were also traveling in the team bus. After these news came out, the Anti-Corruption Unit of BCCI took action, after which the Board has issued a new advisory.
