The National Testing Agency (NTA) has taken major action on the news of ‘paper leak’ going on social media regarding the re-examination of medical entrance exam NEET UG 2026. NTA has made it clear that all the claims being made on social media and messaging apps about the NEET paper being leaked on June 21, getting the paper in advance or the paper being sold are completely false, fake and misleading. The agency has given strict instructions to students and parents not to fall into any such trap and not to pay money.

Thugs are taking advantage of students’ helplessness – NTA

NTA issued an official statement saying that whatever claims are being made on social media are the work of organized copying mafia and thugs. Taking advantage of the stress and anxiety of students and their families at the time of examination, these gangs are running the business of selling fake papers and extorting huge amounts of money from them. Every such claim floating on the internet is fabricated and nonsense.

National Testing Agency (NTA) clarified these 4 big points

The examination is completely safe: The entire process of conducting the examination is completely safe and all the necessary strict rules are in place, so that all the candidates can get a fair and safe environment.

Action on fake accounts: NTA is identifying all such channels and accounts spreading lies on social media. Its report is being sent to the cyber crime team so that these accounts can be taken down immediately.

Will be jailed, FIR is being registered

NTA is filing a legal complaint (FIR) with the police and cyber crime cell against those who create, share or forward such fake content. Attempting to cheat students is a serious and punishable crime, in which strictest action will be taken against those involved.
