‘Dhurandhar 2’ had a record breaking earning of Rs 145 crore on the first day of its release. In 79 days, the film has made a lifetime collection of about 8.2 times more than its opening day. If we calculate its percentage then Dhurandhar 2 has collected 818% of its first day’s earnings.
At the same time, Dhurandhar Part 1 got an opening of only Rs 28.6 crore on the first day. This film ran in theaters for 102 days. According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, Dhurandhar made a net collection of Rs 895.96 crore in India. This collection is 31.2 times more than the opening day. At the same time, if we calculate its percentage, it collected 3132% as compared to the first day.

‘Dhurandhar’ was released in theaters on 5 December 2025. The film earned average on the day of its release but received bumper word of mouth and within no time the film became a big event. The circumstances were such that it became difficult to get tickets.

When the audience liked the first part, then the makers made plans for the second. For this he did not have to do much shooting because the entire film was shot in the first shot itself.
Aditya Dhar had also told that every scene of Dhurandhar was shot in a very grand manner. The scenes which were meant to be of one minute, also became 5 minutes long.
During editing, everyone was thinking about what to cut and what to keep in the film.
The makers released Dhurandhar: The Revenge on 19 March 2026. The film earned Rs 145 crore on the first day itself. And every day this film kept earning bumper. Now after 79 days this film is about to be removed from the theatre.
