Rituparna also dreamed of becoming a doctor. He gave NEET exam but could not get MBBS seat in Government Medical College. Initially he too was disappointed, but instead of accepting defeat, he decided to choose a new path. He enrolled in Robotics and Automation Engineering at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, Mangaluru.
Initially it was just another option for him, but later it became his interest and passion. During college, he not only worked hard on studies but also on new projects and research. To help the farmers, a robotics project related to betel nut cultivation was prepared. This project was also appreciated at the international level. Apart from this, he continuously improved his skills by participating in many research projects and technology programs.
Got a chance in Rolls-Royce
The biggest opportunity for his hard work came when he got the opportunity to do an internship in the jet engine manufacturing division of the world famous aerospace and engineering company Rolls-Royce. It is said that during his internship he was given a difficult project. Rituparna completed this work much before the scheduled time. In view of this, his internship was extended and later he was given a pre-placement offer.

Got a package worth lakhs
According to reports, Rituparna has now received an annual package of Rs 72.3 lakh. After getting a job in a big company of the world at such a young age, she has become an inspiration for students across the country.
What did Rituparna say?
Rituparna was also among the 15 students selected for the DC Fellowship Programme. This program prepares the youth to find solutions to real problems related to society and industry. Rituparna says that her studies, research projects and interview preparation played an important role in her achieving this success.
