FIFA World Cup Closing Ceremony: The biggest tournament of the sports world i.e. FIFA World Cup 2026 has reached its final stage, the first semi-final of which was played between Spain and France. Spain won the match 2-0 and made it to the finals. The second semi-final will be between Argentina and England, in which the winning team will become the second semi-finalist.
The final match will be played at New Jersey Stadium in New York. The match will take place on 19th July as per local time, while as per Indian time the match will start from 20th July. A closing ceremony will be organized before the match, in which many global stars from Tom Cruise to IShowSpeed will perform. According to local time the ceremony will start at 13:30. The match will start after 90 minutes.
While sharing official information, FIFA said that Tom Cruise, Laura Pausini, Nicole Scherzinger, Robbie Williams, Ishowspeed and many stars will be part of this ceremony.
Jennifer Hudson will sing America’s national anthem
Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award winner Jennifer Hudson will sing the US national anthem before the final of the FIFA World Cup 2026. Tom Cruise will make a special appearance.
FIFA World Cup’s biggest tournament
This time the FIFA World Cup was played with 48 teams, which was jointly hosted by three countries. These countries include Mexico, Canada and America. This was the first time that 48 teams took part in the FIFA World Cup and three countries jointly hosted the tournament. Matches were played in 16 cities of the three countries.
The thing to note is that the teams of all the three host countries could not even qualify for the semi-finals. Now it will be interesting to see which team between England and Argentina Spain faces in the final. The second semi-final is to be played between Argentina and England.
