Early Signs Your Body Is In Trouble: Our body never falls ill suddenly, rather it gives small signals first. Fatigue, feeling heavy in the mind, changes in the skin or mild discomfort, all these do not happen just like that. These signs indicate that pressure is building somewhere inside the body. The problem is that most people ignore these signs and pay attention only when the pain starts.

What do experts say?

Dr Bhanu Mishra told TOI that “Most organ damage occurs without any obvious symptoms. People ignore these signs because they are not clearly visible.” This is the biggest danger that by the time the symptoms become severe, the damage has already become deep.

Fatigue is the most common problem

Fatigue is a common problem, but if tiredness persists even after getting proper sleep, then it should not be taken lightly. This is not just due to busy routine, but it can also be a sign of increasing pressure on the liver or kidneys. According to Dr. Bhanu, “Chronic fatigue not only means lack of sleep, but can also mean problems in the liver or kidneys.” Such fatigue gradually affects both your thinking and energy.

Do not ignore these brain signals

The brain also gives signals in its own way. People often consider frequent headaches, difficulty in concentrating or foggy mind to be the effect of stress or screen time. But experts say that this could be a sign of dehydration, high blood pressure or increase in toxins in the body. Loss of memory or decline in focus is a sign of pressure on the brain.

Don’t ignore these signs too

Some other signs of the body also tell a lot. Such as change in the color of urine, swelling in the legs or swelling around the eyes, all these can indicate kidney stress. Similarly, frequent flatulence, loss of appetite or feeling uncomfortable after eating can be a sign of liver or pancreas problem. Skin, hair and nails also reflect the condition inside the body. According to experts, discoloration, itching or slight yellowness of the skin can be a sign that something is not right inside the body. Apart from this, thinning hair or weak nails also indicate nutritional deficiency or internal imbalance. Many times even minor problems like stiffness in the back, numbness in the legs or dizziness while standing are ignored.

What can be done to avoid this?

The best way to prevent all these signs is to adopt good daily habits. Drinking enough water, eating a balanced diet, staying away from processed food and excess salt and sugar, regular exercise and adequate sleep, all these help in keeping the body healthy. Along with this, it is important to get health checkups done from time to time even without symptoms. Not only this, an important study published in the International Journal of Family Medicine and Primary Care shows that nowadays lifestyle related diseases are silently increasing and they are often detected when people get routine checkups done. That means the body gives signals first, but we are not able to understand them. Therefore, it is important to get checkups done on time.
