India had condemned the airstrike conducted by Pakistan in Afghanistan. The Indian Foreign Ministry had termed it as a ‘open act of aggression’ and described it as a direct threat to regional peace and stability. Now Pakistan has reacted to this statement of India. He has justified the airstrike in Afghanistan.
Pakistan Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tahir Andrabi said, ‘Pakistan rejects the baseless statement of the Indian Foreign Ministry on its legitimate, targeted and appropriate action against terrorist infrastructure in Afghanistan.’ In the statement, Pakistan alleged that India itself violates the UN Charter and interferes in the sovereignty and territorial integrity of neighboring countries. Pakistan has also made provocative remarks regarding Jammu and Kashmir.

Pakistan accused India
Pakistan once again alleged that India uses Afghanistan’s land against Pakistan. Not only this, Islamabad also said that India has also been funding terrorist organizations. He said that India’s allegations against Pakistan should not be paid any attention. Pakistan has been and will continue to take all appropriate measures to ensure the safety and security of its citizens in accordance with international law.
India had scolded Pakistan
On Pakistan’s airstrike, the MEA said, ‘This reflects Pakistan’s continued irresponsible behavior and its futile attempt to link its internal failures to external causes through desperate acts of violence outside its borders.’
The Indian Foreign Ministry said in its statement, ‘India strongly condemns Pakistan’s air strikes in Afghanistan, in which many civilians, including women and children, have lost their lives. This open aggression by Pakistan is an attack on the sovereignty of Afghanistan and a direct threat to regional peace and stability. India expresses its condolences to the Afghan families who have lost their loved ones and wishes speedy recovery to the injured. It reiterates its unwavering support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Afghanistan.

What did Afghanistan say on the airstrike?
Pakistan said on June 29 that its airstrike killed 29 terrorists near the Afghanistan border. However, Taliban said that not terrorists but civilians were killed in Pakistan’s attack.
Afghanistan’s Foreign Ministry alleged in a post on Twitter that 36 civilians, including women and children, were killed and 163 people were injured in Pakistan’s air strikes on residential areas. It described these attacks as a violation of international law, humanitarian principles and the sovereignty of Afghanistan.
