BJP MLA Vinay Bihari in the capital Patna (Vinay Bihari) Became a victim of students’ anger. During the students’ demonstration on Wednesday (July 22, 2026), when Vinay Bihari was passing through Dakbungla intersection, some students tried to surround his car. They did not stop the vehicle and continued moving ahead, then some students attacked the vehicle. During this time some students kept shouting ‘kill…kill’.
Let us tell you that today (Wednesday) a Lok Bhavan march was taken out by the student organization AISA. On one hand the student organization supported the ongoing protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi and on the other hand it clearly demanded that the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan be taken.
Police stopped students during demonstration in Patna. Lathicharged. Water cannons were used to disperse them. Despite this, some students had advanced to Dak Bungalow.

MLAs were going to participate in the monsoon session

He was sitting inside the car at the time of the incident. MLA Vinay Bihari also raised the issue of alleged attack on his vehicle in the House. Said that his car was targeted while coming to the assembly. Unruly elements vandalized the vehicle by breaking its glass. The MLA demanded strict action against the culprits.
BJP vehicle attacked near planetarium also
In another incident, a BJP leader’s car was also attacked near the Planetarium in Patna. BJP says that Congress workers attacked and completely damaged the vehicle. It was told that the people traveling in the vehicle were also injured.
