Season 2 of the show Lock Up, which is streaming on Netflix, is in the news. There is a lot of debate going on among the contestants in this show also. Actor Ram Kapoor said that if one accidentally gets cheated on and the couple wants to give the relationship another chance, then this should not be a reason to end the relationship. His co-contestant Akanksha Chamola expressed strong objection to this statement of Ram Kapoor.
‘A relationship cannot end because of one mistake’
Actually, during the show, Ram Kapoor said that there are difficult times in long marriages and couples should not be hasty in ending the relationship just because of one mistake.
Talking about marriage, Ram said, “If you truly love your partner, nothing should be a reason to break the relationship. Marriage is difficult and it is like a journey. You have to try every day to keep your marriage intact. There are ups and downs, good and bad times, strong and weak moments. Even if something accidentally happens during the bad times, and you cannot live without your partner or children, then everything will be fine with time.” It happens and nothing becomes a reason to break the relationship.”
Akanksha did not agree with Ram Kapoor
Akanksha Chamola did not agree with Ram Kapoor’s statement and said that infidelity cannot be called a mistake. Akanksha said, “But sir, this does not happen by mistake.” Ram replied, “Sometimes it happens by mistake.” Akanksha further said, “It is not a mistake. When you are physically close to someone, it is a process. You have to take off someone’s clothes, take off your clothes and then do this. You cannot say that it happened by mistake. It is not like I kept the knife by mistake and killed.”
