Pakistan Distance Itself Abraham Accords: On one hand, while the US President has increased the pressure on the Gulf countries to join the Abraham Accord, on the other hand, Pakistan has distanced itself from the Abraham Accord and rejected it. This development has come to light at a time when talks are going on to end tensions with Iran.
What has Israel said about Pakistan?
Now Israel’s Ambassador to India Reuven Azar has said that the issue of Abraham Accords stems from President Trump’s idea that Israel is a force of stability. Israel wants peace and prosperity in this area. Therefore Abraham could become part of the agreement.
He said that we are not rushing into anything. We do not trust Pakistan. He is making these terrible anti-Semitic statements against the Israeli nation. I think it will take a long time for them to recognize the rights of our indigenous people on Israeli soil. Israel is part of this region. Not only according to our scriptures, but also according to Islamic scriptures. Anyone who is unwilling to accept this has little hope of joining the Abraham Accords.

Here, Trump has warned that any agreement with Iran will depend on whether Pakistan including Egypt, Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia are ready to sign the Abraham Accords or not. However, Pakistan has distanced itself from this agreement.
What has Trump said about the Abraham Accords?
Trump has written on his truth post that Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Pakistan, Türkiye, Egypt, and Jordan should make Abraham Accords with Israel. He further wrote that because in this period of conflict and war, the path of economic and social progress has been made in the countries included in the Abraham Accords, such as the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, Sudan and Kazakhstan. Trump has said that all those countries which could not reach an agreement with Israel should come and join this agreement. Most of the countries of the Middle East came under this agreement.
