DK Shivakumar Richest CM: After the resignation of Siddaramaiah, DK Shivakumar is going to become the new Chief Minister of Karnataka. Shivkumar will take oath as Chief Minister on June 3. According to this affidavit, the movable assets of DK Shivakumar are approximately Rs 1,140 crore. So his immovable property is worth around Rs 273 crore. Including these two, DK Shivkumar has total assets of about Rs 1,413 crore. Apart from this, he also has some debts, which is around Rs 265 crore. Talking about his business, it is spread in sectors like real estate, infrastructure, mining and educational institutions.
Owner of so many assets
DK Shivakumar owns several valuable residential and commercial properties in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Kanakapura and New Delhi. His most valuable assets include the land of a commercial mall located in Gopalapura area of Bengaluru. The value of this property has increased significantly in the last two decades due to rising land prices in Karnataka. Apart from this, he is also fond of luxury watches, while he also increases his wealth through investment.
Apart from real estate, DK Shivakumar has some fixed deposits (FD), many investments, luxury watches and accessories. He also has expensive watches from international brands like Rolex and Hublot.

Names of these Chief Ministers are also included in the list
Apart from DK Shivkumar, there are also Chief Ministers of other states who are included in this rich list. This list is dominated by leaders of South India. After DK Shivakumar, the declared assets of N Chandrababu Naidu are around Rs 931 to 936 crores. A large part of his wealth is related to his stake in Heritage Foods Limited. Apart from this, the name of Joseph Vijay, who recently became the CM of Tamil Nadu from actor, is also included in this list. Vijay’s declared assets are said to be more than Rs 640 crore.
Talking about Chief Ministers of regions other than South India, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu is the owner of assets worth about Rs 332 crore. He is also among the richest Chief Ministers of India.
