RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav (Tejashwi Yadav) Has got a big relief from the court in a case. MP-MLA court on Thursday (May 14, 2025) (MP-MLA Court) Got bail in the protest case. In Patna, this case was done by the administration during the time of Covid.
‘Fake case was filed so that…’
After coming out of the court after getting the bail, Tejashwi Yadav also informed the media about it. In response to the questions of journalists, he said, “Bail has been granted… You all are knowing that during the time of Covid, this case was filed forcefully by the administration… A fake case was filed so that we do not raise the public problems that were there at that time… There was a protest demonstration… The administration had filed a case in that regard…”

‘We had protested as per the rules’
Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav further told the journalists, “You know that the people of Bihar were coming on foot… There was no train arrangement. Laborers were being killed in large numbers… At that time we had protested as per the rules… And when we had raised other public issues, the government had filed a fake case… If it is an old case, then we have got bail.”
