This veteran separated from Mumbai Indians between IPL 2026, was together since 2010; self given information

The 19th edition of the Indian Premier League continues, in which Mumbai Indians defeated Punjab Kings by 6 wickets on Thursday. However, Mumbai is already out of the race for the playoffs. Meanwhile, Robin Singh, who has been associated with the team since 2010, has parted ways with the franchise. He himself gave this information by posting on social media.

Along with announcing his separation from Mumbai Indians franchise, Robin Singh said that he has also severed ties with ILT20 (International League T20) team MA Emirates. During his association with the team, Mumbai won the IPL trophy 5 times.

Robin Singh wrote on Twitter, “I would like to inform that I have officially parted ways with Mumbai Indians. Although I was not a part of their IPL staff from 2022, I was also associated with their team in the Emirates League till this year.”

He further wrote, “I thank the entire MI family and all the fans from the bottom of my heart for the support I have received during this wonderful journey that started in 2010. I wish this franchise all the best for the years to come.”

Robin Singh, who has been with Mumbai Indians since 2010, joined as the General Manager of MA Emirates in the first edition of ILT20 in 2023. In 2024, he was appointed head coach of MA Emirates.

Robin Singh’s cricket career

62-year-old Singh scored 236 runs and took 69 wickets in 136 ODI matches for India. He has 1 century and 9 half-centuries to his name in ODIs. He scored 27 runs in the only test match he played for Team India.
