IPL 2026 Super Sixes Challenge, Jitesh Sharma: ‘Super Six Challenge’ took place during IPL 2026. This competition takes place between some selected matches of the season, in which the player who hits the longest six becomes the winner. This time, Royal Challengers Bangalore’s star batsman Jitesh Sharma hit the longest six of 109 meters.
While sharing a video of this challenge on social media, IPL wrote in the caption, “After selected matches of IPL, players got the opportunity to show their ability to hit sixes.” In the video, many players including Jitesh Sharma were seen showing their ability to hit sixes.

  • First came Mukul Chaudhary of Lucknow Super Giants, who hit a six of 89 meters.
  • At second place came Aaqib Nabi of Delhi Capitals, who hit a six of 95 meters.
  • At third place came Denovan Ferreira, who hit a six of 97 meters. Ferreira was the second batsman to hit the longest six.
  • After this, Aman Khan of Chennai Super Kings tried his hand, who hit a six of 90 meters.
  • Jitesh Sharma, who came last, hit the longest six of 109 meters.

The season was not special for Jitesh Sharma

The current season has been nothing special for Jitesh Sharma, who hit the longest six in the Super Six Challenge. Runs could not be scored from his bat as the fans had expected. Jitesh scored 105 runs while batting in 11 innings of 15 matches of the season. During this period, not even a half-century came from his bat. Last season, Jitesh had scored 261 runs at an average of 37.28 and strike rate of 176.35, which included 1 half-century.

Talking about Jitesh’s IPL career, till now he has played 70 matches. Batting in 58 innings of these matches, Jitesh has scored 1096 runs at an average of 22.83 and strike rate of 153.93.
