The court had asked to stay away from the White House
Earlier, the court had issued an order against Best to stay away from the White House premises. However, according to reports, 21-year-old Best violated this order. On May 24 (Indian time), Secret Service officers saw Best acting strangely on 17th Street Northwest. He took out a gun and opened fire, causing serious injuries to a passerby.
