Iranian President Masoud Pejeshkian has praised Pakistan and said that it has played an important role in stopping the war. After this meeting, Pejeshkian clearly said that Pakistan acted as a mediator in this entire matter and helped in reducing tension.

He stressed that in the current situation, all countries should work together so that such conflicts do not arise in future and peace is maintained. Iran not only appreciated Pakistan’s efforts, but also indicated that there will be a need for such cooperation in future too, so that balance and security can be maintained in the entire region.
President Donald Trump’s statement
Amidst the visit of Pakistani Army Chief Munir to Iran, US President Donald Trump has said that an agreement can be reached with Iran soon. He told that at present the talks are going well between the two sides and if everything goes well then an agreement can be announced soon. Trump also said that Pakistan’s role as a mediator in this conversation has been positive. According to him, Pakistan has helped in taking forward the dialogue between the two countries, which has increased the chances of an agreement. He also told that if this agreement is reached then it will affect the whole world. Especially the Strait of Hormuz will remain open, which will improve the supply of oil. Trump says that this can also reduce oil prices and bring stability to the global market.
