WFH Survey: Before the COVID pandemic hit in 2019, no one knew the concept of work from home. Especially in India. But after this pandemic, people started working from home and they liked it a lot. Meanwhile, something new has come to light in a survey.

Actually, recently a survey of Great Place to Work India (Voice of India 2025) has come out. According to this, if employees get the option, then 39% people like the hybrid work model the most. It has been told in the survey that employees of professional services and technology sectors like the hybrid model the most. Now companies are paying more attention to how well their employees are doing rather than where they are working from.

What is hybrid work model?
Hybrid work model is a mixture of ‘work from home’ and ‘work from office’. In this, the employee has to go to office two or three days a week and works from home the rest of the days. This is called hybrid work model. With this, work can be done comfortably at home and the mind also becomes fresh after working from office for a few days. That’s why people like it a lot.

Will WFO end?
According to this survey, it is not so. There are many sectors where it is necessary to work while being present in the office or on site. For example, 72% of employees in the manufacturing and production sector still work primarily at workplaces. At the same time, 59% of the employees working on-site work from their employer’s office or factory.
