The investigating agencies have made new revelations in the case of sexual harassment and religious conversion of girls in TCS company of Nashik. Special Public Prosecutor Ajay Misar told during a closed-door hearing in Nashik court on Monday (April 27, 2026) that many clues have reached the investigators. The investigating agency has opposed the anticipatory bail plea of ​​Nida Khan, one of the main accused in the case, who is still missing.

Nida Khan and other associates are accused of pressurizing Hindu female employees to convert, forcing them to wear burqa, follow Islamic practices and sexually harassing them. At Deolali police station, a woman has accused Nida Khan of hurting her religious sentiments. He has also accused one of his colleagues, Danish Shaikh, of sexual exploitation on the pretext of marriage. He has accused another accused Tausif Attar of sexual harassment.

Promised to provide job in Malaysia

The prosecution argued in the court that the complainant alleged that Nida Khan allegedly changed her name to ‘Haniya’ and promised her a job in Malaysia. At the same time, she kept convincing the complainant to convert to religion. She also alleged that Nida Khan warned the complainant that if she did not convert, trouble would befall her family.

Nida Khan used to give training on wearing hijab

According to the report of Hindustan Times, the officer investigating the case said that Nida Khan had allegedly given training to the complainant in offering namaz and wearing hijab at her home. Nida Khan also allegedly installed Islamic applications in the complainant’s mobile phone and shared religious things with him. The complainant also told that he belonged to Scheduled Caste, after which the police registered a case under the SC/ST Act.
