Ukraine attack on russia: Ukraine has attacked Russia so far, targeting a military base in Siberia inside Russia. Ukrainian drones have attacked at least 40 Russian aircraft. Confirming the attack, the Russian governor of the Irqutsk region said that the Ukrainian remote-pilot aircraft attacked a military unit in Sridani village, which is the first such attack in Siberia.
Ukrainian media reported that an operation conducted by Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) targeted more than 40 Russian aircraft at airports behind the Russian Federation. It also includes airports of Olenya and Belya. The news agency AFP quoted a source as saying that the purpose of this attack is to destroy the enemy’s bombers aircraft located away from the advance front in Russia. The source said that the fire broke out on the Bellya airbase.
What aircrafts were destroyed?
A report by Kiev Independent quoted sources that the destroyed aircraft include TU-95 and TU-22 M3 Bombers Aircraft as well as at least one A-50 air earning aircraft. According to the RT report, the army and the civil response teams have already agreed to deal with the danger and the drone launch source has been blocked. A video of this attack has also surfaced. This will be the most harmful Ukrainian drone attack of war and a major setback for Russia.
