McGrath took 27 wickets at an average of 15.62 in 11 matches in the 1998/99 triangular series between Carlton and United. This triangular series was played in Australia, in which England, Australia and Sri Lanka participated.

Garner took 24 wickets in 14 matches at an average of 15.54 in the 1981/82 triangular series Benson & Hedges World Series Cup.
