Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has issued important information regarding the next phase of the recruitment process under Direct Recruitment-2025 for Sub Inspector (SI) Civil Police and equivalent posts. The board has released the admit cards for document verification and physical standard test. Candidates can download their admit cards from 5th June 2026.
According to the notice issued by the Recruitment Board, the process of document verification and physical standard test for recruitment to a total of 4543 posts will start from June 15, 2026. This process will be conducted at designated centers in all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
DV and PST process will start from June 15
According to the recruitment board, the process of document verification and physical standard test will start from June 15. Candidates will have to appear as per the prescribed centre, date and time given in their admit card. It will be mandatory for all the candidates to reach the center on time. Candidates arriving late may be denied admission.
Which documents need to be taken along?
Candidates will have to produce all their original certificates during document verification. Along with this, photocopies of each document will also have to be submitted. Candidates will have to carry certificates related to educational qualification, high school and intermediate mark sheets, identity card, residence certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate, reservation related documents and other necessary certificates.

Preparation for the next phase of recruitment
A total of 4543 vacancies are to be filled under Direct Recruitment-2025 for Sub Inspector (SI) Civil Police and equivalent posts. Candidates successful in the written examination will now appear in the next important stage of the recruitment process i.e. Document Verification and Physical Standard Test. Candidates successful in both these stages will be considered eligible for the subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
Download admit card from website
The board has informed that the admit cards of the candidates appearing in this phase of the recruitment process have been uploaded on the official website. Candidates can download the admit card by logging in with the help of their registration number and date of birth. Candidates have been advised to download their admit card as soon as possible and check all the information mentioned in it including name, roll number, examination centre, date and time.
