Firing by Pakistani Rangers and FC continued in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoJK) even today. First of all, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, two Pakistani Rangers came running at the people gathered in the fields near Chinar Chowk and started firing indiscriminately from very close range. At least three people have been confirmed dead in this firing.
After this firing, when it started raining, the situation remained calm for some time, but at 4 pm, as soon as the convoy of lakhs of protesters moved forward from Rawalakot towards Muzaffarabad, as soon as they reached the police block, the PoK police once again shelled tear gas and the Rangers started firing. Death of at least 2 people has been confirmed in this firing also. At present, a group of more than 2 lakh people came out from the Idgah ground of Rawalakot, moved ahead and sat at D Chowk of Rawalakote and at 10.30 pm once again the electricity of the entire city was cut off, the firing of Rangers is going on and on the other side the sloganeering of the people is going on.
Death toll reached 31 in two days
7 injured in the firing in Mirpur and Rawalakot on Monday and Tuesday breathed their last between last night and this morning, taking the total death toll in the firing on Monday and Tuesday to 31. In this context, Pakistani Rangers have killed 36 unarmed Kashmiris in three days.
Pakistan Rangers are doing target killing
This time in PoK, Pakistani Rangers are also doing target killing, that is, at the time of firing, they are killing those people who were taking responsibility in the protest. In this sequence, Usman Nazir, brother of Omar Nazir, one of the main organizers of the protest, died in the firing by Pakistani Rangers on Monday. Similarly, Osama Jamil, a PhD student who used to sing Ram Prasad Bismil’s ‘Sarfaroshi Ki Tammana’ at Rawalkot bus stand every day during the protest, also died in firing by Pakistani Rangers at Chinar Chowk yesterday. Former Hizbul Mujahideen commander Farooq Sudhan has also been seriously injured in the firing by Pakistani Rangers.
Munir’s soldiers are looting shops
According to the information received so far, more than 80 people have been injured in Rawalakot and Mirpur due to the brutality of Pakistani Rangers in the last three days. While on one hand Pakistan Rangers and POK Police are shooting people, on the other hand ABP News has got the video and CCTV of Pakistani Army’s looting in Mirpur, where Rangers in plain clothes and POK Police personnel in uniform are breaking the lock of a shop and stealing water bottles and ice cream from it.
Shahbaz’s advisor justified the firing
Overall, 110 people have been confirmed dead due to the brutality of Pakistani Army which started from 7th June and till 29th July, the 50th day of the rebellion which started from 9th July. Also, vandalism still continues. Amidst the brutality and insurgency, Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s Special Advisor on Political Affairs and former Home Minister Rana Sanaullah, while testifying to Pakistan’s decades-old terror policy, said on Geo News that those trying to march to Muzaffarabad are the same terrorists sitting in Rawalakot who were once trained by Pakistan and sent to fight against India. Rana Sanaullah claimed that these people also have weapons and the action being taken against these protesters is right.
