LPG Rate Today on June 14: Today on Sunday, the prices of 14.2 kg domestic LPG gas cylinder in India are stable. There has also been no change in the rate of 19 kg commercial cylinder. The general public of the country got a big shock when the price of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder was increased by Rs 29 from June 7. The government has increased the prices of LPG due to increasing tension in West Asia and fears of supply disruption in the Middle East. The prices of commercial gas cylinders have also been increased by about Rs 42-54 in the beginning of this month.

How are LPG prices decided?
LPG prices in India depend on international crude oil prices and the position of the rupee against the US dollar. Meanwhile, amidst the rising prices of gas cylinders in the country, the beneficiaries covered under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) get a direct subsidy of Rs 300 from the government. Because of this, the cylinder which is Rs 942 for the general public, comes to around Rs 642 after deducting the subsidy for Ujjwala beneficiaries.

Here you can see the latest rates of your city by clicking on the link of your gas supplier (HP Gas, Indane or Bharat Gas). Or you can take the help of mobile apps like IndianOil One for Indane, HP Pay for HP Gas and Hello BPCL for Bharat Gas. You can ask for the rate by calling your nearest gas dealer or agency directly or by visiting their office.
