Congress Demands Resignation from Education Minister Post: Amidst the controversy over OSM system i.e. On Screen Marking System, the Central Government has transferred the Chairman and Secretary of CBSE. But despite this the opposition party is not ready to back down on the entire issue. The opposition is continuously demanding the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan.
Issuing a statement, the Congress Party said that the entire responsibility for the irregularities in CBSE lies with the Education Ministry. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is responsible for this. He has no right to remain in his post. The contract was given to a corrupt company like COEMPT under the supervision of Dharmendra Pradhan and Modi government. Modi government cannot escape its accountability by these small actions. Dharmendra Pradhan has no right to continue in his post. Narendra Modi should stop saving him and sack him immediately.

Party’s national president Mallikarjun Kharge has said that the transfer of CBSE Chairman and Secretary is just a show. Modi ji should immediately remove Dharmendra Pradhan from the post. Anything less than this will not be able to provide a sense of justice to the 18.5 lakh students. Big breaking, this is not a whitewash. The real news is that despite all this Pradhan remains in his post.

What has Rahul Gandhi said on the whole matter?
