Prashant Kishore, founder of Jan Suraj (Prashant Kishor) Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary (Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary) But it rained again. On Friday (April 17, 2026) he said in Katihar that Samrat Chaudhary does not know when he was born. He has written in the affidavit that he is 7th pass, in the next affidavit it is written that he did PFC from Madurai Kamaraj University, he did not tell when.
Prashant Kishor did not stop at this, he further said that Samrat Chaudhary has told that he has done D.LIT from America, if a common man wants to do a government job and he submits a wrong certificate, he will be suspended. There will be even an FIR, but the head of the state has become a man about whom it is not known when he was born.

Prashant Kishore said that I completely stand by the earlier comment I have made on Samrat Chaudhary. PK said that if you had wanted to make Samrat Choudhary the CM, you would have said it before the elections, then the people of Bihar would have had the opportunity to decide whether they want a Chief Minister with the demeanor, character and face of Samrat Choudhary or not.

‘You didn’t study, that’s nothing to complain about…’
On the ongoing controversy regarding Samrat Chaudhary’s degree, Prashant Kishor said, “In Bihar, the land of knowledge, such a person has become the CM, it is not known whether he has studied or not. It is not a matter of complaint that you have not studied, but a man with a fake degree is becoming an MLA. If that man is the CM, then how much he will be concerned about the education of your children is a matter of concern…”
Let us tell you that since the time of assembly elections held in Bihar last year (2025), there was a controversy regarding the degree of Samrat Chaudhary. Even Samrat Chaudhary was not telling anything openly. He had just one line to say, everything is written in the affidavit. Now that he has become the CM, questions are again being raised about his education.
