Signing of deal on one side, threat of bombing on the other side…, know the reason behind Trump’s anger

Just before the peace talks to be held in Geneva, US President Donald Trump has once again dropped a bomb. Trump has again said that if Iran does not accept the deal, it will be bombed once again, but the big question is why did Trump feel the need to say this. Did Trump have to make this statement after losing the narrative war at the hands of Iran?

Trump hastily announced an MoU with Iran on his birthday, but did not share the draft of this agreement. On the other hand, Iran presented the terms of the MoU to the world. Some of the conditions of this MOU are such that Trump has to be on the back foot. The biggest condition was – a fund of 300 billion dollars to Iran, which is to compensate for the damage caused in the war.

Opposition is surrounding Trump in US Parliament

Before the announcement of the deal with Iran, Trump had openly said that former US President Barack Obama had given full amount of dollars to Iran in the civil nuclear deal given during his tenure. In such a situation, America’s opposition party, the Democratic Party, took Trump to task.

The American media is also raising questions about Trump and other administration officials not making the MOU public. In such a situation, it was natural for Trump to get upset and again talked about bombing Iran.

Former US Vice President slammed Trump

Former US Vice President Mike Pence has also opened his front on Trump’s MOU. Pence clearly said that the way Trump did not say a word about organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah in the MOU, it shows Trump’s appeasement i.e. soft attitude towards Iran. Obama had shown a similar soft attitude. Pence has also been criticized for not speaking openly on the $300 billion fund and Iran’s nuclear program.

Relations with Israel sour due to the agreement

On the other hand, Trump has also had sour relations with his best friend, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, regarding Lebanon and Hezbollah. Israel has clearly refused to accept the deal between America and Iran. Netanyahu has bluntly said that whether there is a deal or not, Iran will not be allowed to make nuclear weapons at any cost.

On repeated questions from the American media, Trump has now said that the draft of the MOU will soon be made public and he will read out one word written in it in the press conference. Due to criticism from all sides, Trump raised questions on the MoU itself. Trump said that the MOU should not be considered an agreement with Iran. A separate final deal will be made after the talks in Geneva.
