The Grand Alliance is not trusting the exit poll data in Bihar, but if we look at the data of 8-10 exit polls, then everyone is supporting the NDA to form the government in Bihar again. Meanwhile, on Wednesday (November 12, 2025) evening, ‘Axis My India’ has released the exit poll data. It is surprising that in this also NDA government is being formed in Bihar.

If we look at the exit poll data of ‘Axis My India’, it comes to light that NDA may get 121-141 seats this time. Whereas the Grand Alliance can get 98-118 seats. In the exit poll, Prashant Kishor’s party Jan Suraj has been given 0-2 seats. Asaduddin Owaisi’s party AIMIM has been given 0-2 seats. Others are getting 1-5 seats. 122 seats are needed to form government in Bihar.

How many seats does which party get in the Grand Alliance?

RJD- 67-76

Congress- 17-21

VIP- 3-5

Left- 10-14

IIP- 0-1

Which party gets how many seats in NDA?

BJP- 50-56

JDU- 56-62

LJP Ramvilas- 11-16

Rashtriya Lok Morcha- 2-4

Hindustani Awam Morcha- 2-3

What percentage of votes did ‘Axis My India’ give to whom?

43 percent to NDA

41 percent to Grand Alliance

4 percent to Jan Suraj

1 percent to AIMIM

11 percent to others

Prashant Kishor got the biggest shock

If you take any exit poll so far, Jan Suraj’s founder Prashant Kishor is getting the biggest shock. No one is giving them more than 2-4 seats. The preparation with which Prashant Kishor conducted the Padyatra in Bihar and attacked the Grand Alliance along with the NDA seemed to indicate that this time the picture would be different but nothing like this is visible in the exit polls. Now it has to be seen what the true picture will be when the results come on 14th November. Let us tell you that Prashant Kishore has said many times that he will either stay on his throne or on the floor.

The results of Bihar Assembly elections (2025) will come on 14 November. It is clear from the voting held in the first and second phases that the voting percentage has increased this time. Now after the end of the second phase of elections on Tuesday (November 11, 2025), exit polls have started coming. How many seats Mukesh Sahni’s party, which is part of the grand alliance, will win will be known on November 14, but some pictures seem to be clear from the five exit polls.

Mukesh Sahni is the Deputy CM face in the Grand Alliance. This was formally announced. That means, if the Grand Alliance government is formed, it is certain that he will be made the Deputy Chief Minister. Apart from these, there can be more Deputy CMs. Meanwhile, just take a look at how many seats are being given to his party in the exit polls.

Which survey agency gave how many seats to VIP?

Matrize-IANS- 1-14

People Insight- 2-3

Chanakya- 7-9

Poll Diary- 00

Polstrat-2-3

Sahni had contested on 11 seats in 2020

In the 2020 elections, BJP had won 121 seats in NDA. Out of these, BJP had given 11 seats to Mukesh Sahni’s party. These 11 seats were Brahmapur, Bochahan, Gaura Bauram, Simri Bakhtiyarpur, Sugauli, Madhubani, Kevati, Sahibganj, Balrampur, Alinagar and Baniapur. Mukesh Sahni himself had contested the elections from Simri Bakhtiyarpur in Saharsa district but lost to RJD’s Yusuf Salauddin.

Had suddenly changed sides in 2020

If we remember the election year of 2020, Mukesh Sahni suddenly moved from Grand Alliance to NDA. When the PC of the Grand Alliance was held and his party was not given even a single seat, he walked out of the program saying that he had been stabbed in the back. After this he joined NDA.

Became minister in government after becoming MLC

In 2020, four candidates of Mukesh Sahni had won. Musafir Paswan won from Bochahan, Swarna Singh from Gaura Bauram, Mishri Lal Yadav from Alinagar, Rajkumar Singh won from Sahibganj. At that time, BJP had made Mukesh Sahni an MLC and made him the Minister of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries.

Bihar Assembly 2025 ended on Tuesday evening (November 11, 2025) with the second phase of voting. Voting took place on 121 seats in the first phase on November 6 and on 122 seats in the second phase on Tuesday. Now the result will be announced on 14th November. The special thing in this election was that record breaking voting took place. Bihar has created history in terms of voting. Now on the other hand, after the voting, the results of exit polls have started coming. The question is whose government will be formed in Bihar this time? Matrize-IANS And Chanakya Has released the data.

Matriz-IANS Exit Poll gave how many seats to whom?

NDA- 147-167 seats

Grand Alliance – 70 to 90 seats

Other- 2-6 seats

Looking at this figure, it seems that NDA government can be formed once again in Bihar. There are 243 assembly seats in Bihar and 122 seats are needed to form the government. That means NDA seems to be forming the government with majority.

Who gets how many seats in Chanakya Strategies Exit Poll?

NDA- 130-138 seats

Grand Alliance – 100 to 108 seats

Other- 3-5 seats

Who contested on how many seats in NDA?

In the 2025 assembly elections, both BJP and JDU parties have contested equal number of seats in NDA. BJP candidates were in the fray on 101 seats and JDU candidates were on 101 seats. Whereas Union Minister Chirag Paswan’s party Lok Janshakti (Ram Vilas), included in the NDA, had won 29 seats. However, the nomination of candidate Seema Singh from Madhaura seat of Chhapra was canceled. Whereas Jitan Ram Manjhi’s party ‘Hum’ and Upendra Kushwaha’s party Rashtriya Lok Morcha have been given 6-6 seats in NDA.

In the election atmosphere, firing took place in Mokama adjacent to Patna on Thursday (October 30, 2025). A supporter of Jan Suraj was killed by a bullet fired in Anant Singh’s stronghold Mokama. The incident took place in Bhadaur police station area. The deceased has been identified as Dularchand Yadav.

It is said that Jan Suraj Party has made Piyush Priyadarshi its candidate from Mokama. On Thursday, he went out to campaign with his supporters. During this, his convoy was attacked with sticks. Someone even fired a bullet in the crowd. Dularchand Yadav died on the spot after being shot in the head. Supporters of NDA (JDU) candidate Anant Singh have been accused of being behind the incident.

However, after the police statement it will become clear how the entire incident happened and what is the matter. Police reached the spot and started investigating the matter. Dularchand Yadav appears to be Piyush’s uncle.

Jan Suraj’s candidate Piyush Priyadarshi was seen crying.

Jan Suraj’s candidate Piyush Priyadarshi has given his reaction in this entire matter. He has accused Anant Singh on camera of getting him attacked. He was seen crying after this incident. It is being said that Dulal Chand Yadav was continuously asking for votes for Jan Suraj in the area.

Anant Singh from JDU and Veena Devi from RJD are in the fray.

Let us tell you that Mokama is the stronghold of Anant Singh. Even if no party gives him ticket, he has the potential to win as an independent from here. This time Anant Singh is in the election fray from JDU. To compete with him, Tejashwi Yadav has fielded Veena Devi, wife of RJD strongman Surajbhan Singh. That is, between two strongmen, Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraj Party has fielded Piyush Priyadarshi in the election field. Meanwhile, there is an atmosphere of panic in the area due to such incident.

Before this incident, on last Wednesday (October 29, 2025), Jan Suraj’s candidate Piyush Priyadarshi had talked to ABP News. He had said that this time the public wants to get rid of the strongmen. This time he had claimed victory in Mokama. Meanwhile, he is deeply shocked by the news of the murder.

A notice was issued to Jansuraj Party chief Prashant Kishor on Tuesday (October 28, 2025) in the matter of his name being registered in the voter list of both the states of Bihar and West Bengal. However, Prashant Kishor put the responsibility on the Election Commission itself, saying that the Commission should have correctly revised his name under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign in Bihar.

Kishore, registered as a voter in Karghar Assembly constituency of Rohtas district of Bihar, has been asked by the District Election Office to reply within three days. According to official data, Prashant Kishore’s name is also registered in the voter list of Bhawanipur assembly constituency of West Bengal. Kishor’s registered address is 121, Kalighat Road, Kolkata, which is the address of the Trinamool Congress (TMC) headquarters.

PK The officer gave information regarding two voter IDs of

The official said that the polling station of Prashant Kishore is B. St. Helen’s School is located in Ranishankari Lane. West Bengal Chief Electoral Officer Manoj Aggarwal told reporters in Kolkata, ‘The Commission has not yet asked us anything in this regard. The Chief Electoral Officer of Bihar had asked for information about the EPIC number, which we have shared.”

Kishor was a political advisor to Trinamool Congress in the assembly elections held in West Bengal in the year 2021. In case of change in address, the voter has to fill Form 8 and give consent to register the name at the new place and remove it from the old address. In the notice issued from Sasaram, the district headquarters of Rohtas, cognizance was taken of the news of an English daily, in which the discrepancy in the case of Kishore was highlighted.

Citing Section 31 of the Representation of the People Act in the notice, it was said that being registered as a voter at more than one place is a punishable offence, for which there is a provision of imprisonment up to one year, fine or both.

Prashant Kishore spoke about two voter IDs

Kishore told reporters during the election campaign in Araria, ‘I am a voter of Karghar since 2019. During my two-year stay in Kolkata, I became a voter there also. During SIR in Bihar, the Commission had claimed that the voter list was pure. Then why was my name not removed from one place? Without naming the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), he said, ‘The Election Commission should not try to intimidate me through its notice. Not even BJP, whose leaders are scared after my revelations. The party is in power both at the Center and in Bihar. If he has any tricks then try them.

JDU And BJP accused Prashant Kishore

Meanwhile, Janata Dal United (JDU) leader Neeraj Kumar said, ‘It is surprising that despite having all the bases in Delhi and being of Bihar origin, he (Prashant Kishore) registered his name as a voter in West Bengal. Is it mandatory to become a voter of the concerned state to become an election strategist? He alleged that Kishor might have tried to make an agreement with Mamata Banerjee that after the victory in 2021, he would be sent to the Rajya Sabha, for which it is necessary to be a resident of the concerned state.

Whereas BJP called it a serious crime and demanded immediate strict investigation and said that Kishor is among those who trample democracy in their hunger for power.

RJD Called Bihar SIR a sham

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said, ‘This entire matter proves that SIR in Bihar was just a sham. Many cases of names of NDA leaders being registered at more than one place have also come to light. Now Prashant Kishore has also joined this list, whom we suspect of working behind the scenes for BJP. The teenagers should come forward and give clarification.

Amidst the Bihar Assembly elections, a big claim has come to light regarding election strategist turned leader Prashant Kishore. It has been told in a report that Jan Suraj chief Prashant Kishore is included in the voter list not only in Bihar but in two states. He is said to be a voter of Bihar as well as West Bengal.

In fact, a report in the Indian Express has claimed that Prashant Kishore’s address in West Bengal is 121 Kalighat Road, which is the office of Trinamool Congress in Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s assembly constituency Bhawanipur.

While on one hand there was talk of giving place to young leaders and new faces in the Bihar Assembly elections 2025, on the other hand many old and experienced leaders have become active again. This time 14 former MPs are contesting on tickets of different parties. This has made the entire election atmosphere more exciting. JDU has expressed maximum confidence of 5, RJD has 4, BJP and Jansuraj have 2 each, while AIMIM has expressed confidence in one former MP. There is discussion in the political circles that this time the parties have seen experience and mass base as the biggest capital.

BJP has again sent its two former MPs to the election battle. Ramkripal Yadav is in the fray from Danapur, who has previously been an MP from Patliputra Lok Sabha seat. The party hopes that his popularity will pave the way for victory in the assembly this time. On the other hand, Sunil Pintu has been made the candidate from Sitamarhi. He had earlier won on JDU ticket, but later joined BJP. Now the same seat has become a new test of his political future.

Experience is at the forefront of JDU’s strategy

This time, Nitish Kumar led JDU has expressed maximum trust in former MPs. For the party, this election is being considered an opportunity to strengthen the organization and expand its support base. The past of the candidates fielded from Jehanabad, Gopalpur, Karakat, Kadwa and Samastipur is full of strong political experience. Through these names, JDU wants to give the message that its politics is not based only on alliance, but on local public relations and trust.

RJD gave opportunity to former MPs

Rashtriya Janata Dal has also reiterated its trust in its old stalwarts. The candidates fielded from Jhajha, Mokama, Bihariganj and Dhamdaha have previously been in Parliament and have a strong hold among the public. The party leadership believes that the experience and local influence of these faces will provide stability to the organization. This time RJD’s strategy is clear: to pave the way to return to power with the help of tradition and popularity.

Different path of Jansuraj and AIMIM

Jansuraj Party, which is emerging with new energy in the politics of Bihar, has also placed bets on former MPs. Sarfaraz Alam has been made candidate from Araria and Dhirendra Agarwal from Gaya Town. The contest in Gaya has become interesting as there is a direct fight between BJP’s Prem Kumar and Jansuraj’s Aggarwal. AIMIM has given ticket to Monazir Hasan from Munger, who has previously been an MP there and has strong influence at the local level.

Old experience vs new enthusiasm

The main question this time in Bihar elections 2025 is whether the public will trust experience or give a chance to new faces. This time all the parties have prepared a mix of youth and veterans. Old MPs consider their experience as an asset, while new candidates are appealing to the public for change. Political analysts say that this time the people of Bihar will take their decision not just on promises but on the record of work.

Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraj Party released the second list of candidates for the Bihar Assembly elections on Monday (October 13, 2025). Prashant Kishore, founder of Jan Suraj was also present on this occasion. National President of Jan Suraj Party Uday Singh and State President Manoj Bharti were present. Names of 65 candidates were announced in the second list.

Neeraj Singh will contest from Shivhar and Abhaykant Jha from Bhagalpur.

While announcing the candidates in the second list, it was told that Abhaykant Jha will be the candidate from Bhagalpur. Dr. Shahnawaz will be the candidate from Badharia seat. Neeraj Singh from Shivhar, Lal Babu Yadav from Narkatiya, Mantosh Sahni from Kalyanpur, Rajiv Ranjan Singh from Sandesh, Azam Hussain Anwar from Bajpatti, Ratneshwar Thakur from Harlakhi, Janardan Yadav from Narpatganj, Tanuja Kumari from Islampur have been made candidates.

(Click on the link below to see the complete list)

51 candidates were announced in the first list

Let us tell you that Jan Suraj Party had released the first list on October 9, which included the names of 51 candidates. However, it was not made clear whether Prashant Kishore himself would contest the elections or not. Prominent names included in the first list include former Bihar cadre IPS officer RK Mishra (Darbhanga), senior advocate and senior party leader YV Giri (Manjhi), former vice-chancellor of Patna University and Nalanda Open University KC Sinha (Kumharar) and Bhojpuri singer Ritesh Ranjan Pandey (Karghar).

On the other hand, Prashant Kishore had formally started the election campaign from Raghopur on 11 October. He had said in his speech that he would defeat Tejashwi “like Rahul Gandhi in Amethi”. When Prashant Kishore reached Raghopur, he was given a warm welcome. PK had asked a question to the people in the public meeting, your local MLA has been the Deputy Chief Minister twice, have you ever been able to go to him with your problem? The mixed reaction of the public on this indicated that it has not been easy for the common voters to reach out to Tejashwi Yadav.

Prashant Kishore’s name is not in the list

On the other hand, it is worth noting that the name of Jan Suraj founder Prashant Kishore is not there in this list. Raghopur seat has been left vacant for now. It is believed that Prashant Kishore can contest from this seat. With 51 names in the first list and 65 names in the second list, names of candidates from a total of 116 seats have been announced so far. Till now, there are 25 reserves in the list of total 116 candidates.
