A case of security lapse came to light during the concert of famous Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh in San Francisco, America. During his live concert here, a pro-Khalistan protestor with a flag in his hand broke the security cordon and went straight to the stage, which created chaos for some time. The security team present at the venue and the local police intervened and took the person into custody and handled the situation.

Despite this incident, Diljit Dosanjh did not leave the concert and continued his performance. Diljit’s concert here was housefull. The video of this incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In the video, Diljeet is seen dancing on the stage. Then a person carrying a Khalistani flag came on the stage and started dancing close to Diljit. Seeing the person carrying the Khalistani flag, Diljeet moved away from him.
There was uproar at Diljit’s concert in Canada.
This is not the first incident of Khalistan supporters creating trouble in Diljit Dosanjh’s foreign concerts. Earlier in April, during his Aura 2026 Canadian tour, some supporters inside the concert had allegedly raised pro-Khalistan slogans and waved separatist flags, who were later thrown out of the venue by security personnel. After this uproar in Canada, Diljit, while expressing his views in Punjabi on Instagram story, wrote that anyone can protest by standing outside, but if someone comes inside and tries to harass my fans, then it will not be tolerated.
He had made it clear that if someone comes with a banner or a flag, it usually means that they want to show where they come from and that they support me, but standing outside with the same banner and abusing the fans and then coming inside and creating a ruckus is absolutely not acceptable. Diljit further wrote that the matter is not about any flag or banner, but about the intention behind it. He had instructed the security that anyone who disrupts the program should be picked up and thrown out.
