It also became the highest earning service among the Vande Bharat trains running under Southern Railway in South India. This train connects many cities, academic centres, tourist places of Kerala and Karnataka. This is the reason why this train has made a record in booking figures also.

- According to the report, 11,896 bookings have been made in this train.

- Keeping in mind the convenience of passengers, Southern Railway started a special booking system.
- Now passengers can book available seats up to 15 minutes before the departure of the train from originating and intermediate stations.
Tremendous earnings from Vande Bharat
- During the financial year 2025-26, about 77.38 lakh passengers traveled in Vande Bharat of Southern Railway.
- An earning of Rs 803.86 crore was made from this.
- Earlier in the financial year, 54.12 passengers had traveled.
- Due to which an earning of Rs 540.65 crore was recorded.
How much did you earn this year?
- During April-May 2026 alone, 15.21 lakh passengers traveled in the Vande Bharat train of Southern Railway.
- An earning of approximately Rs 162.96 crore was recorded from this.
- Bookings are still being done at a rapid pace.
