Venezuela’s acting President Delsey Rodriguez spoke on the phone with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Posting on Twitter, he said, ‘I have spoken on the phone with United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio, he expressed his solidarity and support for the Venezuelan people in these difficult moments for our country.’ Earlier, the US Secretary of State had posted on X and said, ‘Washington is sending search and rescue operation teams, medical needs and humanitarian assistance to Venezuela.’
