UPTET Result 2026: The wait of lakhs of candidates who appeared in Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2026 may end soon. Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (USESSC) may soon release the result of UPTET 2026. However, the official date for releasing the results has not been announced yet by the Commission. But according to various reports, the Commission has almost completed the scanning of OMR sheets of the examination. In such a situation, the next step will be to evaluate the OMR sheets and prepare the results. In such a situation, it is expected that the result is likely to be released in August 2026. After the release of the result, candidates will be able to download their score card by visiting the official websites of the Commission, upessc.up.gov.in and updeled.gov.in.
When was the UPTET 2026 exam held?
This year UPTET 2026 exam was conducted from July 2 to July 4, 2026. The examination was conducted to decide the eligibility to become teachers at primary and upper primary level in government and aided schools of the state. The examination was conducted in offline mode at 955 examination centers in 60 districts of the state, in which about 17 lakh candidates took part.

- Now enter your login details.
- As soon as the details are submitted, the result will appear on the screen.

What information will be there in the scorecard?
The score card of UPTET 2026 will contain the name of the candidate, roll number, marks obtained, qualifying status and other important information related to the examination. The Commission has advised the candidates to check all the information entered in the scorecard thoroughly after downloading it.
How many marks are required to pass?
To be declared successful in UPTET 2026, it is mandatory for general category people to obtain 60 percent i.e. at least 90 marks out of 150. Whereas for ST, SC, OBC and PWD category candidates, minimum 55 percent i.e. 82 marks out of 150 has been fixed.
Successful candidates will get lifetime certificate
Those persons who pass the examination by securing the minimum marks prescribed in UPTET 2026, will be issued UPTET eligibility certificate. This certificate will be valid for life. This means that candidates will not need to re-appear in the exam after its validity ends. However, just passing UPTET will not get direct appointment to the post of government teacher. This examination provides eligibility only for teacher recruitment.
