Gill has impressed not only with his captaincy but also with his batting. He opens and is giving a great start. He has scored half-centuries in the last 2 matches, he played brilliant innings of 85 runs against KKR and 64 runs against CSK. Gill has scored 616 runs in 13 innings played this season, his strike rate is 161.67.
