The death of a student preparing for NEET in Patna has exposed the negligence of the system at every level. The student was preparing for NEET by staying in Shambhu Hostel located in Munnachak area of Patna. On January 6, the girl was found unconscious in her room. The hostel staff took him to three hospitals one after the other.
The student was first taken to Sahaj Surgery Clinic, then to Prabhat Memorial Hospital and then to Medanta Hospital in Patna. The process of changing hospitals continued from 6 to 9 January, but during this period the police was nowhere to be seen in the entire scene. The student died on January 11.
Big allegation of negligence on police
A complaint was lodged on January 9 in Chitraguptnagar, Patna, but neither the hospital nor the police took the matter seriously. The student remained in the hospital for three days. During this period, neither the hostel nor the room where the girl was found unconscious was sealed. Police could have got important evidence from these places, but no action was taken.
Revealed by 127 page medical report
Now another thing is coming to light. Even the medical report of the hospital and the post mortem report are not matching with each other. Because of this, governance and administration are constantly under question. The extent of negligence is that nowhere in the 127-page medical report was there any mention of injury to the private part. Taking this as the basis, the police completely rejected the possibility of sexual exploitation without investigating.

Later, in the post-mortem report, there was mention of injury and swelling in the private parts of the student. From here the matter took a turn. Police talked about SIT investigation.
Injury to private part mentioned in post mortem
Actually, a new revelation has come to light in the rape case of a Patna NEET student. The hospital report is different from the post mortem report. There is mention of injury on the head in the hospital report, but there is no mention of swelling in the private part. At the same time, in the post-mortem report, there is mention of injury in the shoulders, chest and private parts, but there was no mention of injury marks on the head. The question arises why this contradiction exists?
When ABP reporter tried to find out the situation on the ground, it came to light that an attempt was being made to cover up the matter. After the girl’s surgery in Sahaj, she was taken to Prabhat Memorial Hospital, where she was treated for three days. His condition was not improving, so he was sent to Medanta.
Had the injury been mentioned in the report, the investigation could have been done from the angle of rape.
There are many shocking things in the 127-page medical report. The girl died during treatment on January 11. It is mentioned in the PM report that there is injury and swelling around the private parts. But no such thing was written in the medical report. If this matter had not been hidden, if the police had known, then the police would have started investigation from the rape angle at that time. Evidence would begin to be found and arrests could also be made. Therefore now the question is arising that why has this whitewashing been done?
