However, with this step of the government, the tax burden on manufacturing companies will be greatly reduced, which will directly benefit the customers, because the companies will not be able to increase the prices of these products drastically.
Local manufacturing will get a boost
In fact, the main objective of this decision of the Central Government is to rapidly advance production at the local level only in India and only under ‘Make in India’. Not only this, by continuing the concessional rates in the markets, the government wants to see how competitive the domestic companies are in the international market or not.
