On Tuesday, 28th April, the Trayodashi tithi of Shukla Paksha of Vaishakh month will start from 06:51 pm and will continue till 07:51 pm on 29th April. In Pradosh vrat, puja during Pradosh period has importance, hence vrat-puja will be performed on 28th April only.
