Indian Army TGC: Application for recruitment of TGC in Indian Army has started, you can apply till June 11.

Under this recruitment, the selected candidates will be given training at the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. After completion of training, candidates will be given permanent commission at the rank of Lieutenant. According to the notification issued by the Army, the candidates will be selected on the basis of shortlisting, SSB interview, medical test and merit.

A total of 30 vacancies have been released by the Indian Army. Limits have been fixed for different engineering branches. These include 8 posts of Civil Engineering, 6 posts of Computer Science, 2 posts of Electric, 6 posts of Electronics, 6 posts of Mechanic and 2 posts of other engineering streams. Many subjects including bio-medical, chemical, textile, nuclear technology, mining, rubber technology have been included in the engineering stream. However, the Army has made it clear that the number of posts can be changed as per the need.
